The babies are still with their mommas and today each got a halter and a photo. They had not been haltered since they were moved to that pasture, but are good boys and girls and remembered their lessons well. Photos do not show their best side since their free spirits are tethered. They were all relatively easy to halter and are getting so big. We measured their coronary band to knee today to get an idea of their height potential. I will put their potential height in hands under their photos.
This is red rock wynchester. AKA hoozit. He is the oldest of the foals this year. His leg measurement says he will be 16 hands or a touch over. He is for sale.
This is Redroc Ibn Shadron, AKA itchy. He is purebred arabian and a very nice specimen. He looks a bit rump high here, but it is because of camera angle and growth stage. He looks like he will mature to about 15.1 hands.

The darling Carissa. She is a morab filly and third in line for age. She looks to mature about 15.1 or a tad more.

This is sierra, grey morab filly. I would not be surprised if she is one of the larger broodmares here if she stays. She should easily reach 16 hands. She is a very people friendly filly and tries hard to get in each photo.

Last, but not least is the buckskin quarab colt sioux. Roger is thrilled with is coloring which ranges from silver to dark chocolate brown depending on which square inch you are looking at. He is a nice solid colt and one Roger is looking forward to for his own. He looks to mature at about 15.2 hands.

Moving to a new pasture. Moving from the "face" of the mountain to a hay feild a few miles away. Mares and babies loaded, three mares tied three babies loose. .

The black colored foal behind itchy is Sierra and the white mare behind Carissa is Stormi.

THis is Ryan and his precious Dazzelina. She is a three year old morab and will be his favorite riding horse in the near future. She's a good sized mare and very lovable. She had just rolled in the dust after a summer shower, so is "decorated" for her photo.
This is Redroc Flint, a purebred arab. He is a sweet fella who has a lot of roaning throughout his body and lots of chrome to show off that shiny red paint job. He's on the sales list.
Red Rock Wynchester AKA "hoozit" is a grey colt who is greying quicker in one spot on his hip than anywhere else. He is a morab and on the sales list with more photos.
This is Red Rock Sierra, RAF. She will turn grey as she ages. She was a dirty pony, but still a cute face.

This is "dude". He is a four year old arab gelding with a sweet mellow attitude and lots of pizzazz He would make an awesome trail gelding for someone. He is priced low not because of quality, but, because of training. He has no bad habits, does not cause any trouble in a herd. He has never been sick, is sound and correct in his conformation. This is "hoozit" who will be named Red Rock Wynchester. He is a morab colt who has set his sights far. He is for sale..
Another of Hoozit. He is always looking to the horizon to see what intersting things there may be out there. He will make an awesome trail and endurance horse. He is proud and tough and will go all day and the next. He is grey in color.
This is Red Rock Sierra. She will be grey also. Born black, she is a morab as well. She is sweet and quite protective of her mother. She is laid back and not as big as I thought she might be. Her full brother is going to be huge, but Sierra is going to be more feminine and perhaps only 15 hands? She has no white markings.
This is the bay filly Red Rock Treasure. She is out of the mrogan mare ML Meadowlark Shuefly and by the arabian stallion Psyches Shadron. She is a very high quality filly who will be retained for my program. She is well muscled, correctly conformed and has a nice mellow disposition. She has a nicely laid back shoulder with a powerful, level hip. .
There's that buckskin boy again. This is just a nice quarab colt, very nice dispositon and great color to boot........ and he'll grow into those ears...........
Here's the filly Red Rock Carissa. Her pretty little noggin. The rest of her is nice too. She is a morab filly out of the black mare UA Cassie Nazeer and by Jazz Reata Hondo. She is sweet and even tempered. I plan to retain her in my broodmare band too. But, any of the fillies are for sale for a price <wink>.
This is the beautiful colt Redroc Ibn Shadron, AKA itchy. He is purebred arabian with a nice pedigree. He has a nice full body, tiny little head and thinks he is all that and more.
